What You Will Do
Serve as both a leader and an active member of the clinical team, regularly assisting with patient care in the OR, Pre-op, or PACU as needed.Supervise and support a small team of both full-time and part-time nurses.Set expectations and hold staff accountable while fostering a culture of professionalism, communication, and accountability.Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, and performance for the nursing department.Address staff concerns directly and professionally, fostering a more accountable and collaborative work environment.Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and administration to ensure smooth operations and outstanding patient outcomes.Promote a safe, positive patient experience from Pre-op through PACU.You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Role If You Have...
