Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Resolutions Specialist for our Oak branch in Pocatello. We're looking for a candidate that has a passion for helping others, is eager to get creative and has a positive attitude.

Role
To preserve the credit union's assets by controlling delinquent loan accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments and / or recovering collateral.

Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and / or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication
Other Skills
Understand laws and regulations related to collections and bankruptcy. Possess good listening and people skills. Ability to objectively evaluate a member's situation in relation to the overall needs of the credit union.
Physical Requirements
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Schedule : Monday – Friday / 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm
Pay : $19.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
