OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!

Position : Water Mitigation Technician (Multiple Openings)

Location : NE Portland

Pay : $20 / hour + Bonuses

Schedule : Monday - Friday (On-Call May Be Required)

Who We Are :

We're a fast-moving, professional emergency response team, providing top-tier water, fire, and biohazard restoration services across the region. Our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient service when customers need it most—24 / 7, 365 days a year.

What You'll Do :

  • Respond to water damage and mitigation calls
  • Enter crawlspaces and confined areas as needed
  • Handle sewage cleanup (includes $100 bonus per call)
  • Perform biohazard and trauma scene cleanup
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (provided)
  • Use company-provided tools and equipment
  • Work closely with team and management to complete jobs efficiently

What's In It for You :

    • What You Need to Have :

  • Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Willingness to work hard and get hands dirty
  • Comfort with crawlspaces and physically demanding work
  • Experience in mitigation or restoration (preferred but not required)

    • The Musts :

  • Must be reliable and team-oriented
  • Must be okay working in messy, challenging environments
  • Must be available for emergency calls when needed
