About The Position

Job Title : Occupational Therapist

Hours per Shift : 5 x 8 Hours (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year outpatient pediatric OT experience

License : Must have active state license prior to start

Certifications : BLS, NBCOT preferred

Must-Have : Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

Description :

All therapy and rehabilitation traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process credentialing and onboarding requirements.

All travelers will be granted temporary privileges through the credentialing team.

Human resources will reach out to the traveler directly alongside our compliance team throughout the onboarding process to collect these requirements.

Travelers will be required to submit required documents within 1 week of signing.

These documents are essential for the credentialing application, and failure to complete them timely may result in a delayed start date.

Requirements include DOB, SSN, resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and a minimum of 3 references (2 peers and 1 department chair).

Outpatient pediatric OT experience is required.

Travelers must float within the facility as needed.

There are no weekend, call, or float requirements.

Direct patient care will involve a diverse pediatric population.

Preferred qualifications include NBCOT certification and a Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy.

Candidates should plan ahead to avoid vacation or work schedule interference.

Modules are completed during orientation and may require additional time.

All candidates are expected to follow compliance requirements throughout the hiring process.
