Nassau County firm is seeking an associate attorney with 7 years experience in Elder law, Wills, Trusts and Estate matters. Experience in Family Law and other civil litigation areas is a plus. The Candidate should have ample experience with client relations in a private law firm setting, drafting motions, conducting depositions; court conferences, trials and file management.
