Job Title : CNC Programmer
Location : Middletown, Delaware
Overview : Our client - an established metal fabricator - is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their production team in Middletown, Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting design specifications, adjusting machine settings, and performing quality control tests. Additionally, candidates may be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models
- Load raw materials into CNC lathes and mills
- Input product designs into modeling software and adjust machine settings / cutting tools to meet specifications
- Troubleshoot programming / machine issues during the manufacturing process
- Perform quality control tests throughout the manufacturing process and on the final product
- Train and mentor new employees on machine operation and safety procedures
Qualifications :
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Hours : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
