We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager with 35 years of professional experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems, workspaces, and services run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to balance operational priorities with strategic facility planning.

The specifics of the role include :

• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee daily facility operations, including cleaning, security, and space utilization.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and ongoing services.
• Negotiate service agreements and monitor performance against contract terms.
• Assist with office moves, space planning, and workstation setup to maximize efficiency and employee comfort.
• Support food services, conference room setups, and office procurement (furniture, supplies, etc.).
• Track facility expenses, forecast budgets, and manage cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain facility-related documentation (permits, licenses, compliance records).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support building security measures, access control systems, and emergency preparedness plans.
• Full-time, on-site role with occasional after-hours responsibilities for facility emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
