About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Automation Design Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and developing building automation systems that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop building automation systems (BAS) including HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
  • Create detailed design drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit .
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure design specifications meet project requirements.
  • Perform site surveys and assessments to inform system design.
  • Support installation teams with technical documentation and design clarification.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Participate in commissioning and troubleshooting of BAS systems.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building automation design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and controls.
  • Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
