Overview
Summary The 18-month IT Rotational Program provides an opportunity to sharpen technical skills and business acumen in an environment where the individual will be at the forefront of APS IT Initiatives. Throughout each rotation, the Rotational Analyst will gain hands-on / real-time experience working on important and challenging projects. Analysts will rotate through the following areas : Infrastructure and operations, Applications and Planning and Governance. Responsibilities within each rotation will include a combination of assignments, participating in structured learning, and preparing formalized feedback. Throughout the rotational program, the Analyst will work with mentors to enhance soft skills including presentation, collaboration, and networking.
