Lonesome Dove Lodge / Bar & Grill is looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Au Gres, MI!!
This is a full-time position that will require the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and / or holidays!! Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
- Menu Development and Innovation Food Preparation and Presentation Staff Management and Training Kitchen Operations and Organization Quality Control and Food Safety Cost Management and Budgeting Qualifications : Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute (strongly preferred) Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity, innovation, and quality Leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and industry best practices Powered by JazzHR
