Job Title : Stibo MDM (STEP) Solution Architect

Location : Naperville, IL (Onsite – 4 Days / Week)

Duration : 12-Month Contract

Work Authorization : Citizen, GC, H1B

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stibo MDM Architect with hands-on expertise in the Stibo STEP platform (Stibo Enterprise Platform) to lead solution design, data modeling, and integration initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) best practices and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.

This is a hybrid onsite role (4 days / week) in Naperville, IL . Candidates must be local to the Greater Chicago area or willing to relocate and work onsite regularly .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect MDM solutions using the Stibo STEP platform
• Define and implement data models, hierarchies, relationships, and workflows within STEP
• Lead the onboarding, transformation, and governance of master data across product, customer, supplier, or asset domains
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable STEP configurations
• Develop and optimize data integrations between Stibo STEP and ERP, CRM, eCommerce, PLM, PIM, or downstream systems
• Implement workflows for data quality, approvals, governance, and publication
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, GS1, SOX)
• Work with integration technologies (APIs, ETL, messaging) to ensure seamless data syndication
• Troubleshoot and enhance STEP system performance and scalability
• Provide documentation, training, and guidance to end users and technical teams
