We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to embed with one or more of our key clients. In this role, you will act as their dedicated internal controller, taking ownership of their day-to-day financial operations and strategy. You will have the autonomy to make a significant impact on the client\'s business, all while being supported by our firm\'s broader team of experts and resources.

This is a unique, flexible opportunity (full-time, part-time, or contract) for a financial professional comfortable in a hybrid setup in Sunnyvale.

What You\'ll Accomplish :

• Serve as the dedicated Controller for key clients in the consumer goods space, owning their core accounting operations from A / P and A / R to the general ledger and month-end close.
• Deliver clear and accurate financial statements and management reports directly to client leadership and founders.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights that guide client strategy and decision-making.
• Act as the primary financial liaison for the client, managing relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and confidence.
• Strengthen the client\'s financial foundation by implementing best practices, improving internal controls, and recommending system enhancements.
• Guide clients through key financial milestones , including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and audit preparation.
