Job Title : Clinical Research Coordinator

Position Summary :

The Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and overseeing radiology and tumor response assessments for assigned clinical trials. This role plays a key part in planning, coordinating, and implementing workflows in compliance with all relevant local, federal, and state regulations, as well as institutional policies and standard operating procedures. Working under the general supervision of the principal investigator, radiologists, and study teams, the coordinator conducts radiology research and serves as a vital liaison between the Cancer Center and the Radiology Department.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage radiology and tumor response assessments for clinical trials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional SOPs.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators, radiologists, and study teams to support trial execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Cancer Center and Radiology Department.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to clinical trial activities.
  • Support workflow development and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications : Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator or Senior Regulatory Specialist role, or at least 4 years of related experience in clinical research.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite platforms.

    • Preferred :

  • Education or training in human subject research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Professional certification such as :

    • SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)

  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

    This is a Permanent position based out of Hackensack, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00 / yr.

    Workplace Type

    This is a fully onsite position in Hackensack,NJ.
