Behavior Technician

Position Overview :

Join our team as an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) and make a real impact by delivering one-on-one ABA therapy and implementing behavior support plans for children with ASD at home and in our centers. As an RBT, you'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children reach their full potential through positive behavior support and essential life skills development.

Job Responsibilities :

Under BCBA supervision, implement behavior support plans, conduct discrete trials, and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.

Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.

Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans to address specific behavioral issues.

Job Requirements :

Experience working with children (under the age of 18) with autism for at least 3 months

High school diploma or GED required

Active RBT certification is a plus.

Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children

Dependability, consistency, positive attitude, and reliability are required to ensure the child's success.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
