• Subcontractor Management
• Create pre-build shop drawings
• Pre-Con Meeting
• Project Layout
• Manage Construction
• Cold Weather Concreting
• Hot Weather Concreting
• Execute Change Orders
• Labor Return Job Costing
• Manage Profitability
• Manage Crew Personnel

Required Experience

Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret Blueprints. This position requires experience with some of the following concrete phases :

Helpful Skills

Knowledge of Spanish language skills.
