- Pay : $75.16 – $112.74 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (start time between 7 : 30 AM – 9 : 30 AM)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, or business requiredGraduate of an accredited radiologic technology programLicenses & Certifications
California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)Experience
3+ years of management or supervisory experience in diagnostic imaging (acute care or hospital system)Knowledge of TJC, CMS, MQSA, ACR, and FDA regulationsSuper-user proficiency in Epic and RIS / PACS systemsExperience leading teams, implementing new technology, and improving processesStrong analytical and financial management skillsFamiliarity with CPT coding, ICD-10, authorizations, referrals, and revenue cycleKey Responsibilities
Provide daily operational leadership for CT and DX imaging servicesManage staffing, scheduling, and staff trainingOversee department budgets, labor costs, and performance reportingEnsure all regulatory and quality standards are metLead technology and process improvement initiativesCoordinate equipment maintenance and replacement planningBuild positive relationships with staff and physicians to ensure smooth operationsAbout Power Personnel
