Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead dynamic renovation and construction projects from start to finish. If you love bringing order to chaos, solving problems on the fly, and watching your work come to life, this role is for you. Youll be hands-on in all phases of project execution from estimating and scheduling to subcontractor coordination and budget management all while working with a talented, fast-paced team.

What Youll Do

As Project Manager, youll be the central hub between teams, timelines, and project goals. Youll oversee planning and execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your day-to-day will include working closely with subcontractors, tracking progress, leading meetings, and keeping every piece of the puzzle moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scope definition, and execution through completion
  • Perform plan takeoffs and assist with estimating and bidding
  • Negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors to align with project needs
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation, track project billing, generate submittals and RFIs
  • Manage multiple personalities across teams with professionalism and ease
  • Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress (minimal travel expected)

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of project management experience (renovation experience is a strong plus)
  • Ability to lead construction meetings, communicate with trades (plumbers, electricians, mechanical), and understand plan reviews, redlines, and related tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams
  • Desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-moving company
