job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor\'s degree, or equivalent work experience Seven to nine or more years of relevant work experience Ability to travel (local and regional, some national) Well-developed sales and new business development skills, including development of sales strategies and close skills Business credit card sales experience Proven success developing COIs Experience working with business customers with $10MM+ in annual revenue (preferred) Thorough knowledge of unit payment products Basic knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organizational operations Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong customer service relations skills with ability to resolve client concerns creatively Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) Basic term and optional term life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Pregnancy disability and parental leave 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure) Up to 11 paid holidays Adoption assistance Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law
Overview
Business Card Solutions - National Card Consultant (NV, CA) at U.S. Bank. This role focuses on self-sourced opportunities that are new to the bank. Consultants will not be provided with a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Utilize prospecting tools provided by the bank, cold calling, COI (Centers of Influence) development, and ongoing community engagement. The role focuses on businesses with an annual spend of $1MM+.
- Conduct analysis to help streamline business expenses. Provide guidance for the best card program and ensure businesses understand its benefits and how to utilize the card.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location listed first. The actual range may differ based on location. Pay Range : $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
