Job Description :
The Customer Service / Sales Representative is responsible for managing all schedule and pricing requests from our builder customers and ensuring that work ticket scheduling and close out processes are executed daily. They will work closely with our branch office managers, accounting, and estimating departments to enable operations to run smoothly each day and provide foresight into future workloads.
