We are seeking a Contract Administrator Early Professional to join our team in Denver, CO.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Subcontractor Onboarding : Assist subcontractors with registration in the company database and review Certificates of Insurance for compliance with prime contract requirements and company standards.
  • Proposal Support : Assist in preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of proposal packages. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm all necessary data is included.
  • Proposal Evaluation : Receive and review subcontractor responses to RFPs, assessing their ability to meet company and project requirements. Support negotiations on terms and conditions as needed.
  • Contract Management : Prepare and issue subcontracts within delegated authority. Draft subcontract documents and amendments, incorporating flow-down requirements from the prime contract in collaboration with senior administrators. Review monthly submissions for comp
  • Reporting & Documentation : Prepare reports and contractual correspondence for project management and clients. Maintain accurate tracking records for assigned subcontracts.
  • Closeout & Compliance : Assist with subcontract closeout, complete file documentation, and ensure proper retention of records. Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Liaison Role : Serve as the primary point of contact between program management, procurement personnel and project staff.

What will you contribute?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience for at least 2 years.
  • Experience working in the Aviation sector a plus.
  • Positive outlook and collaboration with a diverse technical team.
  • Familiarity with subcontracting practices in the engineering and construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass FBI background check.
