Work Location : Panama City, FL

FLSA Status : Exempt

Shift : 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday - 6 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm & some Fridays per business needs

About the Role : As a Supervisor at Central Moloney, you are responsible for leading and managing a team of production employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is central to driving LEAN manufacturing principles and ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of production activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, scheduling, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 2-4 team leads and 20-60 production employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Act as a role model for company values and ethical practices, encouraging a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
