Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who enjoys working as part of a management team and has previous supervisory experience. This role offers a valuable management and leadership experience with competitive pay, full-time hours, and comprehensive training to ensure excellent customer service.

    • Qualifications :

  • Desire to lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
  • Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
  • Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
  • Experience using P&L and store reports to implement changes.
  • Ability to interpret operating and maintenance documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also considered.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
