Desire to lead customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.Ability to oversee restaurant conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.Experience using P&L and store reports to implement changes.Ability to interpret operating and maintenance documents.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred).High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience are also considered.Ability to perform multiple tasks, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.7-Eleven, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity.
