Responsibilities Resource Pool RN position floating to all PCU and Med-Surg units in the hospital Expected to float every 4 hours based on hospital staffing needs Night shift schedule : 3x12 hours, 18 : 45 to 7 : 15 PCU patient ratio is 5 : 1; Med-Surg patient ratio is 6-7 : 1 Epic EMR experience required and utilized across units Must be willing and able to float frequently to any PCU or Med-Surg unit as needed Compliance documents must be completed prior to start Required to work at least one holiday per 13-week assignment, and two holidays during winter (Thanksgiving, Christmas / Christmas Eve, NYE / New Year's) No Christmas time off requests will be approved Local candidates within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted for travel roles Travelers living 50-99.9 miles from the facility may be considered for one 13-week assignment with no extension eligibility Previous employees must be separated for at least one year before returning Orientation includes mandatory modules, which may be completed pre-start or during first week Requirements Active VA or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience working all PCU and Medical-Surgical units required Epic charting experience is required Two professional references required for consideration Must provide copy of driver’s license and Social Security card Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-624095.
