Summary : Works under the supervision of the Facilities Manager to ensure that all building systems and operations are operating efficiently and that the building premises and personnel are secure. Assists in performing repairs and maintenance duties as needed. Assists in ensuring sufficient levels of clinic supplies, requisitioning, tagging, and stocking of clinic materials. Performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission of Peoples Community Health Clinic, Inc.

Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building maintenance and supply inventory preferred.
Other Skills : General maintenance skills. Ability to work with a diverse group of people, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision or with a team.
If driving, valid Iowa driver’s license and proof of insurance.
