Production Manager
Reporting to the plant manager, the production manager is a key member of the plant leadership team and will serve as the key link between the plant operating areas, the maintenance / electrical team, and plant manager to ensure the most appropriate resources are engaged in problem resolution. The production manager will coordinate the efforts of the plant coordinators (PC's), maintenance team coordinators and operators to meet those objectives. In the absence of specific direction, the production manager has the responsibility for developing a game plan to avoid or overcome issues. This position may be required to periodically work off scheduled hours, nights or weekends to complete critical tasks. After hours interaction with plant site or vendors may be required utilizing email, phone, text, etc.

Main Responsibilities :
Tate & Lyle complies with all local / state regulations requiring salary range transparency. When determining final compensation, we take into consideration : skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law. The salary range for this position is $78,622.31-$117,933.47 Annually.
