Position Overview

In 1913, John D. Pay Range : $225,000 - $245,000. This represents the present low and high ends of the Foundation’s pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.

Work Schedule : This role is based in either Washington, DC, or New York City (Washington, DC preferred) and is required to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with the USPP / GER team and senior advisors to direct partnership engagement and interact with government leaders, ministers, and senior officials, as well as multilateral leaders and banks to establish and seek alignment and support for USPP / GER priorities.
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of the Foundation’s USPP / GER priorities. Oversee and lead strategic projects, tracking progress, and driving next steps in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage high-profile convenings and engagement opportunities, including the Foundation’s participation in the IMF / World Bank Spring and Annual (Fall) Meetings, United Nations events, and other multilateral engagements.
• Manage relationships with key leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of briefing materials, notes, press releases, and related materials related to these policy initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and manage key grants and research initiatives related to USPP / GER priorities.
