We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax M&A Director to join our growing Private Equity team. In this leadership role, you will provide strategic tax advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tax structuring, due diligence, and compliance, coupled with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients.

For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $300,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
