About The Position

Job Title : MS / Tele Registered Nurse

License : Pending license okay with submission, must be in hand prior to start

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

Must-Have : EPIC experience highly preferred

Description :

MS / Tele Registered Nurse needed.

This position involves working night shifts, specifically 3x12 hour shifts from 1900 to 0700.

Block scheduling will be accommodated every other weekend.

Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 1 : 5.

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.

EPIC experience is highly preferred.

First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Scrubs should be any matching solid color.

Transportation and housing details will be provided.

The role requires experience with accessing ports and blood product administration.

Nurses should have skills in telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Other essential skills include wound care and management of dysrhythmias.

The patient age groups will include adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Daily census is expected to be around 8 patients.

Staffing is supported by various interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and pharmacy.

Candidates should be comfortable with floating and weekend coverage as needed.

Additional experience and specific nursing skills may be required.
