Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support related to the company’s products and services. This role is responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining service level standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information using pre-determined scripts, CRM tools, and other support resources.
• Resolve routine customer concerns such as general product information, billing inquiries, and account questions.
• Ensure all interactions are documented accurately within the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency while managing multiple systems and screens.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement efforts.
