LHH is searching for a Sales Support Coordinator on behalf of our local manufacturing client.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator . This role supports a network of independent distributors and internal sales specialists, helping drive growth through strategic coordination, lead management, and performance tracking.
You’ll be the go-to resource for distributor support—providing timely product and pricing information, managing CRM data, and collaborating across departments to ensure distributor success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support distributor development and sales efforts with accurate and timely information.
- Research and qualify sales opportunities pursued by distributor partners and internal teams.
- Identify distributor needs and collaborate internally to develop tools and resources.
- Distribute and track sales leads using CRM systems.
- Provide prompt follow-up on requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and analyze distributor performance data to identify market trends.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in salesStrong understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution processes.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).Ability to read architectural drawings is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Education
High School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales / Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
