LHH is searching for a Sales Support Coordinator on behalf of our local manufacturing client.

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator . This role supports a network of independent distributors and internal sales specialists, helping drive growth through strategic coordination, lead management, and performance tracking.

You’ll be the go-to resource for distributor support—providing timely product and pricing information, managing CRM data, and collaborating across departments to ensure distributor success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support distributor development and sales efforts with accurate and timely information.
  • Research and qualify sales opportunities pursued by distributor partners and internal teams.
  • Identify distributor needs and collaborate internally to develop tools and resources.
  • Distribute and track sales leads using CRM systems.
  • Provide prompt follow-up on requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and analyze distributor performance data to identify market trends.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to read architectural drawings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales / Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
