    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)\n
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)\n
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)\n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN or perioperative nursing experience (preferred)\n
  • Additional clinical certifications or specialty training may be required\n

  • Assess, implement, and evaluate perioperative care for assigned patients under physician direction\n
  • Utilize current nursing practices, principles, and techniques in the Operating Room\n
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to individualize patient care\n
  • Supervise and direct nursing support staff in accordance with hospital standards and policies\n
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold departmental procedures\n
  • Promote patient safety and ensure quality outcomes throughout the surgical process\n
