We are searching for the best talent, this Hybrid position can be based in Raritan, New Jersey.

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager, Lead to join our team. This PM Lead position is ideal for candidates with professional experience and a strong interest in project management. You will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while learning from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support senior project manager in coordinating projects from initiation through completion.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely updates.
  • Organize meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Create, regularly update and keep all project plans up to date and escalate any concerns or problems
  • Assist in preparing project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project communication.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Help identify project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Develop project plans with milestones and key deliverables when necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in project / program management experience is required.
  • Preferred Skills (Not Required) :

  • Strong sense of ownership to ensure tasks, deliverables and milestones are completed in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management career path.
  • Exposure to project methodologies including Agile, and Scrum.
  • Presentation skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Certification such as PMP, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is a plus.
  • The anticipated compensation range for this position is 91,000-147,500.
