In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical care to adult patients with mental illness at Norfolk Regional Center (NRC).\n\nYou have the passion, we have the opportunities – let's make a difference for Nebraskans\n\nExamples of Work\n\nRegistered Nurses perform general nursing duties including : \n

• Assessment\n
• Documentation\n
• Patient interventions\n
• Case management\n
• Medical administration\n
• Review of doctors' orders\n
• Arranging for lab protocols\n
• May lead / direct the work of other nurses and / or paraprofessional staff\n\nPRN / On-call positions available : Must work a minimum of 16 hours per month. Starting pay rate for on-call / PRN is $36.566 / hour - 47.536 / hour, based on years of RN and LPN work experience. Additional Facility Differential Pay of $3.00 / hour. Additional shift differentials up to $2.50 paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts.\n\nFull-time position available : Will work a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts on day shift and on evening shift, will work every 3rd weekend. Starting pay rate for full-time new hires : $51.336 / hour.\n\nQualifications / Requirements\n\nREQUIREMENTS : A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.\n\nOTHER : Consideration will be given to applicants who will receive a degree / license within 90 days of application date. Candidates must obtain licensure prior to employment. Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\nAbility to : be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
