The Position : Audit Manager – Irvine, CA

We are currently seeking an Audit Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Irvine office. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff while contributing to the continued success of the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across diverse industries.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff and seniors, fostering professional growth.
• Review and finalize financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering excellent service and building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and directors on engagement strategy, planning, and execution.
• Participate in business development efforts, networking, and client outreach.
• Drive efficiency and quality through process improvements and best practices.
