We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. The Property Manager will oversee the management and operations of a diverse portfolio of properties. This role involves implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing property performance, and ensuring owner and tenant satisfaction across the entire portfolio. The Property Manager maintains strong relationships with owners to uphold the highest standards of property management and resident experience. The Property Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and profitability of the portfolio through effective management, strategic planning, and exceptional leadership, maintaining high standards of property operations and resident satisfaction. This is a fast-paced and exciting work environment that relies on organization, experience, and a positive attitude.

This role qualifies for a monthly variable compensation package in addition to your base salary and includes a cell phone reimbursement up to $50 per month and mileage reimbursement. How will you make an impact?

The Property Manager helps the company grow by :

• Overseeing daily operations of assigned properties to optimize resident satisfaction.
• Implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies for maximum occupancy and rental income.
• Supervising vendors and repair activities to ensure well-maintained properties.
• Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including move in and move out inspections.
• Collaborating with vendors for quality services and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Ensuring the Owner's financial and operational goals are achieved.
