A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor - Temp.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level support for Team Member inquiries related to Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations
Diagnose issues and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 teams as necessary
Manage and document tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate information and follow-up with Team Members
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
Previous experience in customer service or HR support, preferably in a corporate setting
Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday, and ticketing systems is advantageous
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing procedures in a fast-paced environment
