About the Role :

Are you passionate about building relationships and growing business in the green industry?

Join a dynamic team that supplies the materials that shape outdoor spaces across Texas. We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our landscape contractors and wholesale clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts in the landscape and construction sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, seasonal needs, and product innovations.
  • Travel up to 50% to visit branches, customers, and industry events

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of account management or outside sales experience (landscape supply or construction materials preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of landscape products (mulch, stone, irrigation, hardscape, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites
