Position Description :
The OCOM Lab Facilitator is an independent contractor (1099), working as a facilitator in CBL, clinical skills, OSCE, and simulation courses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teach and serve as a facilitator in case-based learning and clinical skills, OSCE and simulation courses.
- Work, as assigned by the department chair and / or course director.
- Teach medical students in all four years, residents, and physicians, as assigned.
Time Allocation :
Ability to teach in student facing lab courses for quarter-day, half-day, or full-day shifts based on needs of OCOM.
