Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $300 / Shift

Position Overview

As a CNA with CareCo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of those we serve. You'll work closely with nurses, families, and other caregivers to deliver hands-on care and provide meaningful support for patients in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions to supervising staff.

Support patients with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as directed.

Provide companionship, comfort, and encouragement to enhance patients' quality of life.

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

Document care provided according to CareCo standards and policies.

Qualifications

PSS required or a willingness to get certified.

CPR certification preferred.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent care.

Compensation & Schedule
