Conduct physicals, annual wellness visits, and minor in-office procedures such as ear flushes and wart removal. Manage a full range of health issues, offering both preventative care and treatment for existing health issues. Ensure high-quality patient care, maintaining thorough documentation using the Medent EMR system. Must be board certified in Family Practice. Required to have an active New York medical license and must be enrolled in Medicaid NY. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in using Medent EMR.
