Full-Time | $25–$34 / hr + Shift Differential | Direct Hire

Your Role :

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in keeping our industrial production equipment running smoothly and safely. You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, including pumps, extruders, and pelletizers, to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. This is NOT a building maintenance role.

What You’ll Do :

Inspect all machinery and moving equipment such as pumps, extruders, pelletizers, and other plastic extrusion process equipment, and assist on all maintenance jobs as required for malfunctions and worn parts

Troubleshoot and diagnose repairs of all machinery and equipment relative to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment

Check guards for loose connections, check for cleanliness, looseness of fittings

Perform plant inspections daily and check the work log for daily projects and scheduled repairs

Repair all equipment and machinery assigned in a safe and timely manner

Attend safety meetings and abide by all safety rules set forth by the company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected

What You Bring :

High school diploma or GED preferred

3–5 years of industrial mechanic experience preferred

Strong attendance and reliability

Willingness to work occasional overtime

Bonus Points For :

Previous mechanic and manufacturing experience

Electrical troubleshooting skills

Welding, cutting, and fabrication abilities
