Your Key Responsibilities :

Actively collaborate with the service team to ensure every vehicle receives fast, expert care

Perform minor services such as checking and changing lube, oil, and filters, strictly following dealership and manufacturer procedures

Identify and report any issues to the Service Advisor or Service Director / Manager promptly

Conduct multi-point inspections on every vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)

Find all legitimate repair and service needs and document recommendations clearly in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI)

Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for customer approval

Assist other technicians with light mechanical tasks as needed

Dedicate your time to providing excellent customer service throughout the service process

Maintain communication with the Service Manager, Consultants, and fellow technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectations

Keep the back shop clean and ensure all equipment is calibrated to Lexus standards

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service department's success

Skills & Requirements :

Strong commitment to safety : consistently wear personal protective equipment, back belts, safety glasses, and shoes

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable, team-oriented, and driven to deliver quality work with a professional attitude
