Position Title : Plumbing ForemanReports To : Division Manager
Salary : Pay $30 - $35 per hour
Position Summary
Work directly with Project Managers and Foremen to plan, schedule, organize, direct, and control construction projects from start to finish. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating with team members, primary contractors, and subcontractors to deliver projects according to project documents. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
- Prepare, fabricate, and install plumbing and piping systems
- Attend on-site trade coordination meetings. Communicate with customers and / or other trades to minimize conflict
- Motivate employees to set aggressive / achievable production goals
- Design and layout work
- Develop and follow work lists
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of assembly and installation of assigned work
- Complete all assigned tasks quickly, completely and consistent with quality standards set by the company
- Heavy lifting, carrying, and operation of tools and equipment up to 100 lbs.
- Keep area clean and organized. Organize / store materials to minimize danger of damage to materials and to eliminate risk of injury. Protect the property of the company and the customer by all reasonable means.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Promote safety, teamwork, and cooperation
- Other tasks as assigned

Understand, comply and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulationsLeadership skillsHigh School Diploma or GEDDemonstrated skills and knowledge of the trade10+ years experience in plumbing and heating tradeMust possess and maintain current state and city plumbing licensesMed Gas certification preferred
