Columbia Woodlands is seeking a talented and motivated Culinary Cook to join our kitchen team. Nestled in a serene natural setting, we offer a distinctive culinary experience that blends rustic charm with elevated cuisine. As a Culinary Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals, supporting our chefs, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
Prepare components for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meats, and making sauces
Cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs to execute dishes according to seasonal menus and guest preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Properly store and label ingredients and leftovers according to food safety standards
Monitor food quality and ensure dishes are served in a timely manner
Follow health, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times
Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture

Qualifications :

Prior experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook in a professional kitchen

Solid understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen tools, and food safety practices

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and cleanliness

Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality

Culinary education or certification is a plus, but not required
