Pay & Perks :
- $19.23–$22.12 / hour starting pay
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Shift Differentials : + $1.50 / hr (afternoons) | + $1.00 / hr (midnights / weekends)

Provide daily care and supervision to residentsFoster a safe, supportive, and healing environmentBe a positive role model, teaching life and coping skillsProgram Highlights :

Requirements :

Ideal Candidates Are :
Empathetic and committed to making a positive impactStrong communicators, both verbal and writtenAble to set healthy boundaries and provide consistent structurePassionate about helping youth grow, heal, and succeedMinimum Requirements :
21+ years oldValid Minnesota driver’s licenseHigh school diploma or GEDPreferred (but not required) :
