Field Maintenance Manager

Ulland Brothers has operated in the construction industry for over 100 years.

Primary Function :

Provide directions for the day-to-day operations of all maintenance personnel, transportation, and repair of equipment. The Field Maintenance Manager will supervise all shop and field mechanical operations and oversee parts / supplies inventories and outside service vendor relationships. This position will be based out of our Northern Division and will report to the General Manager.

Typical Duties :

• Manage and direct effective maintenance and repair programs.
• Control expenses of the service department while maintaining productive services.
• Monitor all corporate equipment files including inventory, repair, and maintenance, etc.
• Manage field equipment inspections reports and prioritize repair / maintenance requests.
• Oversee equipment training and safe operating procedures for all equipment.
• Proactively work with field personnel to ensure all equipment is used appropriately, safely, and efficiently.
• Assist management team with final equipment budgets and potential equipment purchases.
• Perform additional assignments as requested including ongoing in person or online training.
