We are hiring a Social Content Creator to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and post daily content across our social channels. Your creativity will be key in producing content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X to increase engagement and organic reach.

In addition to content creation, you'll oversee community management across our social platforms and coordinate social media projects in Asana to ensure smooth execution.

This role requires working out of our NYC office at least 3 days per week, collaborating closely with the broader creative and marketing teams.

You Will

• Create daily video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook that aligns with our brand values and maximizes engagement and reach.
• Ideate, shoot, and edit engaging video content daily.
• Design static posts, stories, and carousels as needed.
• Manage community interactions on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X for our brands, including monitoring comments, engaging followers, and fostering community.
• Use our project management tool, Asana, to track deadlines, deliverables, and workflows.
• Understand platform-specific nuances to maximize reach and engagement.
• Draft attention-grabbing captions optimized for SEO and engagement.
• Monitor content performance and adapt strategies accordingly; familiarity with Hootsuite is a plus.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, to keep our brand relevant.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with teams, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for product demos, reviews, interviews, greenscreens, etc.

The Ideal Candidate

Compensation, Benefits, And Perks

Salary range : $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
