Principal Civil Structural Engineer

A company is looking for a Part-Time Civil Structural Engineer at the Principal level.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis and design of critical structures and components

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet safety and regulatory requirements

Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and specifications while communicating findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Structural Engineering or equivalent training and experience

Minimum of 10 years of power system design experience in the Nuclear or Power Industry

Experience in engineering / design services, power generation, or heavy industrial projects

Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations

Familiarity with concrete and steel design codes and building code design
