job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment. Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or hazards encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Support emergency response activities, such as evacuations or spill response, in accordance with site protocols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Job Description
As a Security Professional - Chemical Site Patrol - Full Time in Muskegon, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol chemical and petrochemical locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong and approachable presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with people on-site, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
