Key Responsibilities

Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a team calling on behalf of clients

Make calls to donors and prospective donors, securing financial gifts using a scripted approach

Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while handling multiple clients throughout the day

Required Qualifications

1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with stability

Dedicated wired internet connection

A quiet workspace free from interruptions

Basic computer skills
